The Company was incorporated on 30th day of October 2009, and is having its registered office. The main object as enumerated in the Memorandum of the company is for Manufacturing and Trading Asbestos Cement Sheets. The Company is having Asbestos Cement Sheet Manufacturing Unit which has production capacity of approx. 250000 TPA .
The Company is having Manufacturing Unit at Plot No. U – 4, MPIDC., Borgaon Industrial Growth Centre, Sausar, in Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh. The manufacturing unit’s location is exactly 55 kilometers from Nagpur city. The location is very well connected by State Highway Road connecting Nagpur and Chhindwara.
The Company is promoted by Shri Shyamsundar Sharma of Sharma Family, Shri Sadik Ahmed Ansari of Ansari Family, Shri Kuldeep Arora of Arora Family and Shri Uday Singh Siriah of Siriah Family and they are from four different business communities of Nagpur. The company is headed and managed by people of far reaching eminence and experience in asbestos based products.
As mentioned above, the Company is promoted by Shri Shyamsundar Sharma(Managing director), Shri Sadik Ahmed Ansari(Director), Shri Kuldeep Arora(Director) and they are from four different business communities of Nagpur.The promoters of RURPL are from business communities. The promoters are very well established into various businesses.
